At GlossGenius, we make powerful software that’s helping beauty and wellness salons and studios manage and grow their businesses through an integrated booking, payments and marketing platform.
As a Senior Growth Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with the GlossGenius Customer Success team to help troubleshoot technical problems for GlossGenius businesses
- Developing a customer service dashboard/portal to enable the Customer Success team to easily view relevant information and allow them to take action to help customers and ultimately resolve tickets
- Developing sales enablement tools and integrations to help the GlossGenius sales team become more efficient and successful.
- Working with the technical and business leadership and executive team to develop business insights based on data we have collected
While you will be a core part of the Engineering team at GlossGenius, you will work daily with stakeholders in Customer Service, Sales, and the executive team.
- Must be able to work EST hours (must align with our New York team’s hours)
- Must be based in South or Central America
3+ years of engineering work experience at a company required
- Must have skills: Ruby, SQL, HTML/CSS, JS
- Strong communication skills in English
- A passion for learning and self-improvement
- Desire to work with our company for a long-period of time (and not on a project-by-project basis)
- React Native
- Continuous integration tools
This is a flexible role so you will be working remotely from your home office or wherever you desire (as long as your hours align with ours on most days in New York).
